PLAYER PARTICIPATION LIMITS

A maximum of 20 players and 5 officials are allowed to participate in a match. These players and officials may only be selected from the official team list of 30 players and 10 officials that has been submitted to the IFF. Submission Timing: A list of players and officials taking part in a match, as well as starting line-ups, shall be handed in to the match secretariat no later than 60 minutes before the start of the match. No other than those on the list are allowed to be in the substitution zone.

TOURNAMENT SYSTEM

  • Playing time: 3x 20 minutes.
  • Break between periods: 12 minutes.
  • Warm-up: Guaranteed minimum of 20 minutes before the match. Teams can enter the pitch immediately after the previous match concludes and the teams leave the playing area.

Points

  • Win: The winner after regular time receives 3 points.
  • Draw: No extra time. 3 penalty shots for each team; if the score is still equal, every team shall take one penalty shot each, until a decisive result. In case of penalty shots, the winner receives 2 points, loser 1.

TV MATCHES

Matches: CZE-SWE; SUI-CZE; CZE-FIN.

Powerbreak in every period after the 10th minute. The game will not start until the red light at match secretariat is still on (not after goal, during a penalty or penalty shootout, in last minute of period).

LOCAL ORGANIZATION & TRANSPORTATION

Transportation will be provided by 4 buses according to the bus schedule. Changes for the next day are possible by 6 PM, any changes must be managed through your team guide.

Fee for extra transport: 150 € both ways.

Accreditation: Bring your accreditation cards with you to the arena.

Team tribune: Sector C – media tribune, top row or first row behind your team's bench (for CZE and SUI).

LAUNDRY AT THE ARENA

For the laundry service, please put the jerseys into one big bag, label the bag with the name of the country and drop it off to your teamguide at the arena after the match. You will have them ready the next day at the arena. The fee for washing one laundry load (jersey, shorts, socks) is 20€.

MEDIA & RECORDING MATCHES

  • Coach cameras will be positioned on one short side of the field. All matches will be available for download 1.5 hours after the match concludes. Alternatively, matches can be downloaded directly onto an own USB drive at the arena immediately after the game.
  • Mixed zone: Players/coaches interviews will be done as usual in the designated mixed zone. NO cool-down on the field after the matches.
  • Interview before the game: one representative from each team (CZE games).
  • Interview between periods: first period one team second another (CZE games).
  • Live internet streaming: ceskyflorbal.tv, IFF app

Scheme The first will be ceremony of the best players of both teams.

After that will be announced the second place. The team on the second place will go congrats to winner. Then will be the captain of winner´s team will be called upon to receive the cup and take a photo.

TEAM GUIDE

Welcome to the EFT in Chomutov.
Help us make the event more responsible.

SORT WASTE & REDUCE

  • You will find a bin for plastics and metals in the locker room. Please sort your waste with us.
  • Bring your own reusable water bottle and refill it throughout the tournament.
  • Take only as much food as you can eat and help us reduce food waste.

BEYOND THE BOARDS

  • In the fan zone, you can support BADY z.s., an organisation that rescues and provides care for abandoned and vulnerable animals.
  • You can also try training equipment made from discarded floorball balls and blades there on Saturday.

RESPONSIBLE TRANSPORT

  • When travelling around Chomutov, use team transport, public transport or walk whenever possible.
  • Avoid unnecessary individual car journeys and, if you do travel by car, share the ride.
